I am flexible and can attend agreed premises for the purpose of conducting a mediation. Otherwise, I have conference rooms located at level 3, 240 Queen St. The facilities include a reception desk, open meeting areas, a large conference room and smaller private breakout rooms. Upon confirmation of the mediation, please advise the number of attendees and their names so that appropriate breakout rooms can be booked and confirmed.

Confirm with the other parties that the date is suitable to all those who will be attending the mediation.
Book online following the prompts.
Upon completion of the booking send an email to damien@evolveresolve.com advising of the proposed venue, the identity of the parties, the identity of legal representatives who will be attending as well as all other proposed attendees.
If a venue is not otherwise stated, the mediation will take place at level 3, 240 Adelaide st.
Once confirmed, you will receive a costs disclosure letter and a mediation agreement will be circulated either before or during the mediation.
